We are excited to announce that Centaur will be participating in this year’s International Conference on Controlled Atmosphere and Fumigation in Stored Products (CAF), taking place in Winnipeg, Canada from August 19-23. We are organizing a special workshop on new trends and new technologies in phosphine fumigation, featuring live demos, case studies, fumigation failures, people safety, and international best practices.

Vasilis Sotiroudas, Centaur’s Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer, will be presenting at CAF and also hosting the workshop. Vasilis is a renowned agronomist and food scientist with over two decades of experience. He has worked with esteemed companies such as Nestlé, Unilever, and Pepsico.
