Athens is hosting Panathēnea 2026 from May 27 to 29 — a three-day gathering of more than 10,000 founders, investors, and operators from across Europe and beyond, with programming spanning more than forty industries from defense and deep-tech to fintech and life sciences. We will be there.

This comes in great timing.

Centaur is building the intelligence and control layer for stored commodities — physics-based digital twins, IoT sensing, and agentic AI applied to the post-harvest moment, where a great part of the world’s crop value is lost before processing.
